The Vena Mills Band is a full Multi Track Brass Band. The band was formed in july 2008 to make recordings. After a few test runs, the band recorded the demo album 'TRINITY' The Music of Marcus Venables for Maverick Music. The music on this album features compositions written by Marcus from the age of 15-18
.
Vena Mills Band is currently recording the first two official volumes of the Music of Macus Venables series. These albums will have Marcus' latest music on them, and will also feature a work especially written for Vena Mills Band entitled 'Concerto for Brass Band' reaching thirty minutes in length, truly an epic piece that you must hear. Featured on the first volume will be three solos, written for the soloists: Robert, Brindley and Barrington Venables.
